Faulty or Goods Under Warranty

In the unlikely event that you have a product which is suspected of being faulty, please return the product to us for testing before we send it onto the manufacturer for replacement or repair.  A valid RMA form must be filled out so we can diagnose the fault quickly and get you back up and running as soon as possible.

 

General Support

If you purchased equipment from us or are installing equipment on behalf of someone who purchased equipment please email us at tech@msel.co.nz.  We will endevour to get back to you within an hour during normal business hours.  if you are running a system with data logging, please include any relevant data.  In same cases we will not be able to assist unless we have this data.

Should the support question be longer or be considered training, then our standard charge of $30.00 + GST per 15 minutes will apply.

 

Out of Business Hours Support

If you would like support outside of our normal business hours (8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday), then this can be arranged on a case by case basis.
